Tiffany Hollin Wright

Founder | President | CEO

Tiffany founded Hollin Wright Enterprises in 2020, lending her rich background in executive roles within the financial and non-profit sectors. Her work with the U.S. Treasury, multiple Federal Reserve Banks, Community Development Financial Institutions, and the private banking sector fuels her firm’s mission to bridge social, community, and economic development gaps.

  • She is passionate about driving sustainable and responsible community investing. Tiffany’s unique subject matter expertise converges economic development, business, behavioral economics, and social work theories. As a thought leader, coach, and strategist, Tiffany holds advanced degrees and certifications in public health, social administration, social work, and economic development. She is also pursuing advanced studies in managerial economics and project management. Her accomplishments include receiving the Federal Reserve Bank Board of Governors Innovate 2 Impact grant and being recognized as one of the Atlanta Business Leagues’ Women of Influence. Additionally, she was named Fifth Third Bank Georgia’s One Bank Partner of the Year and is a distinguished Louis Stokes, Ernest E. Just, and Minority Access to Research Careers Fellow.

Sera Wright

Marketing Manager

Sera joined Hollin Wright Enterprises as the firm’s Marketing Manager. Sera brings 7 years of experience in entrepreneurship and digital marketing and a design thinking perspective. She is the architect of the firm’s brand and collateral assets, as well as our website design. Sera’s deep expertise in the retail sector, from fashion to sustainable packaging, informs HWE’s approach to market research, business development, and sales.

  • Her professional background includes 5 years in popular and high-end retail sectors across various genres and ages in the Georgia and New York markets. Sera has unique retail experiences spanning from managing special events to creating human resources onboarding guides and deploying diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives at the brand's highest profile and largest retail stores. Sera studied Business Management and Administration with a concentration in Marketing at St. Joseph’s University in Brooklyn, NY, and holds an Associate's Degree in Fashion Marketing from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City. In her spare time, Sera founded All Shades Consulting to provide digital marketing consulting and services expertise to minority small businesses. The company now provides literary author reviews, sensitivity reading, and social media marketing. Sera is a serial entrepreneur and a social media influencer in the literary space with an audience of over 40,000 followers. She hosts podcasts for international audiences that share a passion for all things books on Spotify and subscription services for authors and avid readers. Sera’s diversity and literary mission-driven social media presence has been featured in USA Today.

Gabriel Hollin

Associate Project Manager

Gabe joined Hollin Wright Enterprises as an Associate Project Manager to bolster the firm’s event management and serves as a Federal contractor with the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s SSBCI Program. His role with HWE also entails designing, planning, and creating content for the firm’s aspirational work building sustainable communities through healthy food access, placemaking, and the arts. With eight years of experience in projects, large events, and team management in the culinary and hospitality sectors, Gabe has held professional roles as sous-chef and assistant banquet chef at eight restaurants.

  • He has also managed fine-dining service for upwards of 700 high-profile guests, including the PGA Tour's Dominion Energy Charity Classic, the Collegiate Invitational, Ronald McDonald House Charities Dinner, and Wish Ball for the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Gabe has served at over five restaurants at the Golf Club of Georgia and the eighth nationally ranked Country Club of Virginia. His cross-sector soft and technical skills include people management, relationship management, communication with high-profile stakeholders, time and efficiency planning, and facility management (including inventory and budgeting through the Microsoft Office Suite and FoodTrak). In his spare time, Gabe is a writer, musician, and creator who enjoys fusing culture, sounds, and tastes.

Ken Huff

Economic Development Consultant

Ken is a results-driven professional with extensive experience developing and implementing strategic solutions, leading Fortune 500 teams, and building relationships with elected officials, community leaders, small business advocacy organizations, and small business executives. During his 35-year career at Southern Company, Ken gained financial, operational, and project management experience through work assignments in finance and accounting, power generation, customer operations, external affairs, and supply chain.

  • This experience provided the foundation for understanding how to engage key operational stakeholders. Ken’s tenure in external affairs and supply chain enabled him to navigate critical relationships with government agencies, non-profits, and corporations, to address community and economic development needs and small business growth.

    Henry County, Georgia is a vibrant metro Atlanta county with nearly 250,000 residents. Ken contributed to community development in Henry County through: Chamber of Commerce board chairmanship; Vice-chairmanship of the Development Authority; membership on the Comprehensive Land Use Steering Committee; chairmanship of the Development Authority’s targeted industry study team; and membership on the Development Authority’s economic incentives strategy team.

Danielle E. Impraim, CMP

Event Planning Consultant

Danielle E. Impraim brings over 15 years of specialized event planning experience across the pharmaceutical, corporate, and government sectors. She expertly manages high-profile events that fulfill client visions and objectives. Her skills span digital, hybrid, and in-person events, notably coordinating meetings for the public and private sectors involving foreign diplomats and senior officials. Danielle oversees all aspects of event execution, including catering, floor plans, materials, and comprehensive management for more than 100 events. In the virtual space, she has mastered creating and managing online meeting environments using custom platforms and standard tools like Zoom and WebEx, ensuring strong engagement regardless of format.

  • Her prior roles include Meeting Planner at corporations, where she established client relationships, managed risk, and coordinated international and domestic programs with vendors to meet budget requirements while maintaining operational excellence. Danielle supported nationwide coalitions through funding and networking opportunities, helping sustain community mental health resources and influencing government funding for substance abuse programs. She also improved record management through database innovations.

    Danielle holds a BA in Journalism from Pennsylvania State University and a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation. She actively participates in the Meeting Professionals International (MPI) – Potomac Chapter. Her attention to detail, organizational abilities, and logistics expertise make her an exceptional event planning professional and asset to Hollin Wright Enterprises.

Jeri A. Dyson, M.D

Health and Wellness Consultant

A native of Washington, DC, Jeri Dyson, M.D. is a physician of Adolescent and Young Adult Medicine, author, and dynamic global speaker. She has more than 23 years experience, and specializes in sexually transmitted infections and reproductive health. One of today’s foremost thinkers on global teen health, Dr. Dyson, is the founding president of the nonprofit, Global Girls Global Women, Inc., where she devotes her full time to national and global leadership programs as the director.

  • Dr. Dyson was the medical expert for BET’s Rap-It-Up HIV/AIDS Campaign and has made numerous television appearances on BET, Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN), Fox 5 Good Day DC, and The CW Network. Dr. Dyson has also been a recurring guest on various radio platforms. In addition, she produced and hosted her own radio talk show, Dr. Jeri Speaks, highlighting "HOT TEEN TOPICS." Before establishing Global Girls Global Women, Dr. Dyson served as a civilian physician at numerous medical institutions before retiring from The Walter Reed National Military Medical Center at Bethesda. Her passion for women’s health has taken her on medical missions to Ghana, Gambia, and Senegal, West Africa, to name a few. She was also commissioned to Fiji, Papua New Guinea, and Trinidad & Tobago by the U.S. State Department to lecture and develop programs addressing the needs of their youth and women.

    Dr. Dyson is the author of a few books, An Apple A Day Keeps the Drama Away (2013), Sole to Soul Journey ~ Heal Thyself (2021), and contributing author of the anthology PIVOT. How the pandemic pushed Women into their passion, released in 2021. She is currently implementing “The Hummingbird Project,” a program designed to introduce girls as global citizens through cultural immersion and international travel.

She holds an MBA from Aspen University and Long Island University, complemented by bachelor's degrees in German and Physical Education from Berea College. With over a decade of experience in cybersecurity, including pivotal roles in the Department of Defense (DoD), Dave Yond contributes to critical Hollin Wright Enterprises technology infrastructure projects. As a retired military professional, Dave has a comprehensive understanding of DoD policies and best practices, further honed during his tenure as an Information System Security Manager (ISSM) at Booz Allen Hamilton.

  • In this role, Dave has overseen security strategies, conducted risk assessments, and ensured compliance with industry standards, developing and implementing policies to protect sensitive data while aligning with organizational objectives.

    Dave has formulated and executed cybersecurity strategies that ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information systems. Conducting regular risk assessments, He identifies vulnerabilities and develops effective mitigation strategies. Dave has extensive experience in developing, reviewing, and updating cybersecurity policies to ensure compliance with regulations such as NIST and ISO frameworks. He also establishes and manages incident response plans, coordinating with stakeholders to address security breaches and implement corrective actions. Additionally, Dave designs and delivers training programs to educate staff on best practices, fostering a culture of security awareness.

Cheyenne is the Systems Analyst of Hollin Wright Enterprises and serves as a Federal contractor with the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s SSBCI Program. A budding professional in the field of business information systems, Cheyenne's scope of work at HWE primarily focuses on optimizing the firm's workflows through app integration, automation development, and software maximization. Driven by a commitment to top performance, Cheyenne is passionate about incorporating her expertise in code, Adobe, HTML, Cloud Computing, Java, MS Office Suite, and other programs to enhance the user experience and improve organizational efficiency through technology-based solutions.

Cheyenne Flowers

  • Cheyenne graduated from George Mason University with a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems and Operations Management. She has hands-on experience devising solutions to unique business challenges and streamlining business processes, such as coordinating the University's EZ Park Program. She also designs playbooks and ad media to enhance organizational branding and increase website traffic for Virginia's Creative and Performing Arts Center. In addition to system planning and design, Cheyenne's expertise includes feasibility and requirement analysis, risk analysis, and project management. Cheyenne is an avid reader, enjoys volunteering in literary arts, and writing plays, poetry, fiction, and non-fiction in her spare time.

Anthony T. Bostic

Anthony T. Bostic brings a wealth of experience in training, executive coaching, logistics, transportation, international event planning, program management, and community engagement. Anthony demonstrates exceptional fund and resource development acumen, raising over $7 million in donations for nonprofit entities. He is a serial entrepreneur and culinary artist.

His professional event planning and management experiences include global musical festivals and high-profile national conventions. Antony holds a Master of Science in Social Administration from Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Morehouse College. In prior roles, he served as an affordable housing officer for the Atlanta Housing Authority and a nonprofit administrator for Chris Kids, innovating the Spot Drop-In Center and Distribution Services Center.
